BGMI Skyesports Championship 5.0 Announced with Staggering Rs 2.12 Crore Prize Pool, Teams Up with Loco to Elevate India’s Premier Esports IP

The Skyesports Championship, India’s longest-running esports IP, is set to make a triumphant return with its fifth annual edition, Skyesports Championship 5.0. This year’s championship promises to be bigger and better than ever, featuring a staggering Rs 2.12 Crore Prize Pool, grassroots-level qualifiers, and adrenaline-pumping esports action. Notably, the BGMI Finals will unfold at the prestigious Koramangala Indoor Stadium in Bangalore, offering a live spectacle to esports fans for free from November 1st to 5th.

Loco, the premier independent esports and live-streaming platform globally, has joined forces with Skyesports Championship, India’s prestigious esports intellectual property, for its fifth edition. With the goal of delivering an unparalleled viewing experience to fans across India, the tournament will be live-streamed on Loco in English, Hindi, and Tamil, ensuring widespread access for enthusiasts to engage with the thrilling action.

Moreover, Skyesports Championship 5.0 is proudly powered by AMD, a pioneer in cutting-edge graphics, computing, and visualization technologies. Spanning both PC and mobile games and featuring participants from India, South Asia, and the Middle East, the event serves as a fitting platform to showcase the impressive graphical capabilities of AMD.

So far, four teams have qualified for the BGMI LAN Finale. These are as follows:

  • GodLike Esports: Defending Skyesports Championship BGMI Winner
  • Big Brothers Esports: Champions of the Skyesports Skirmish Series 2023
  • Soul Esports and Blind Esports: Top 2 teams of the Skyesports Champions Series (SCS) 2023

The winner of the ongoing Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2023 will also get a direct invite slot at the Skyesports Championship 5.0 BGMI Grand Finale.
