Earlier today, the developers announced the Indus Esports Roadmap for 2025 with a whopping prize pool of Rs 2.5 Crore (the highest for a BR title in India). Indus Esports Roadmap Announced: Tournament Phases, Schedule and More
The Indus Battle Royale Esports ‘Clutch India Movement 2025’ is a prestigious tournament that spans four months, running from October 2024 to February 2025. It comprises four distinct phases, including three domestic qualifiers and one international event. The phases are as follows:
- Homegrown Qualifiers
- Nationals Qualifiers
- Powerplay Qualifiers
- International Tournament
In addition to the domestic qualifiers, SuperGaming has announced an exclusive invitational tournament for global teams. The top two teams from this international event will secure a spot in the Grand Finals.
Hereโs a detailed breakdown of each phase of the Indus Esports International Tournament 2025:
Homegrown Phase
The Homegrown phase is a community open circuit and will be divided into three stages: Group Stage, Semi-Finals, and the Homegrown Finale. Registrations open today, October 10, and will close on October 31. Matches will take place from November 6 to December 3, with the top three teams from this phase advancing to the International Tournament. This phase follows a single-elimination format.

Powerplay Qualifiers
The Powerplay Qualifiers phase of the Indus Esports International 2025 tournament is exclusively for professional teams, with several top-tier teams from BGMI esports expected to participate. Registrations for this phase will be open from December 15th to December 22nd, and matches will take place from January 6th to January 15th, 2025.
Unlike the previous phases, the Powerplay Qualifiers will follow a round-robin format. The top 8 teams from this phase will advance to the Grand International Tournament, which will also feature two invited teams from outside India.

With a prize pool of Rs 25 lakhs, the Powerplay Qualifiers is the most lucrative phase of the domestic qualifiers. Here is a breakdown of prize money distribution:

This will be an exclusive invitational-only tournament for global teams. The teams are yet to be announced officially and this event will be taking place from November 15 to December 30, 2024. The top two teams will mark their seats in the epic final phase, the International Tournament.
Indus International Tournament
The culmination of the Indus Esports International 2025 tournament is the International Tournament, where 15 qualified teams will compete for the ultimate prize pool of Rs 2 Crore. These teams will include 3 from the Homegrown phase, 2 from the National and Global Invitational, and 8 from the Powerplay Qualifier.
The International Tournament will be a thrilling best-of-14 (BO14) format, ensuring intense competition and exciting matches.

The winner of this ultimate grand finale will take home a massive Rs 1 Crore Prize money. The MVP of the tournament will also walk away with a brand-new custom-built Mahindra Thar.
