Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2024: StarCraft, Age of Mythology, Indiana Jones, and More!

Xbox fans around the globe were treated to an abundance of interesting announcements at the Tokyo Game Show 2024, which featured a wide range of new games in its exclusive broadcast. Exclusive gameplay footage, brand-new collaborations, and announcements from Bethesda, Blizzard, and Xbox Game Studios were all showcased at the event, which promised players an amazing year ahead.

Two legendary games that were revealed to be joining PC Game Pass were StarCraft: Remastered and StarCraft II: Campaign Collection. These games are scheduled to release on November 5. With their notable comeback, these genre-defining real-time strategy games are now playable by both novices and experts alike.

Age of Mythology: Retold – Immortal Pillars Expansion

World’s Edge offered players a first glimpse of Immortal Pillars, the upcoming expansion for Age of Mythology: Retold. This expansion will immerse players in the myths and grandeur of China, introducing a fresh pantheon of gods, myth units, god powers, and a captivating new campaign inspired by Chinese mythology. Additionally, players can now add the upcoming expansion to their wish lists.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Japanese

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle had a notable presence at the Tokyo Game Show. Game Director Jerk Gustafsson and Creative Director Axel Torvenius participated in the Xbox Broadcast to discuss the game’s story and showcase gameplay footage featuring some of the Japanese voice acting.xbox tgs 2024

The game is set to launch on Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Game Pass on December 9.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater

Metal Gear Solid Delta(Δ): Snake Eater is a remake of the 2004 classic Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. This highly anticipated game has made an appearance at TGS with a new trailer showcasing the Virtuous Mission, which kicks off the game’s opening chapter. The remake stays true to the elements fans cherished in the original, preserving the gripping story, memorable characters, iconic voice acting, and signature gameplay.

StarCraft: Remastered and StarCraft II

StarCraft: Remastered, enhanced versions of the original StarCraft (1998) and StarCraft II (2017) are coming to Game Pass. Bleach: Rebirth of Souls Reawakening

Bleach Rebirth of Souls has made an appearance with a new trailer showcasing the thrilling climax of the intense battle between Ichigo Kurosaki and Ulquiorra Schiffer. In this epic showdown, both fighters are pushed to their limits, unleashing their formidable powers.

Bleach Rebirth of Souls is set to launch on Xbox Series X/S in early 2025.

  • Fallout 76 Gets C.A.M.P. Pets: Players can look forward to adding furry companions to their C.A.M.P.s in Fallout 76 this December.

  • Atelier Yumia, the first Atelier game to be released on Xbox has made an appearance at TGS.
  • Asurajang, a fast-paced anime-style battle royale game will be out in 2025.
  • Fragpunk Closed Beta testing phase will begin on October 10.
  • The classic RPG, Dragon Quest III HD, is getting a remake with new features like the Monster Wrangler vocation.
  • Final Fantasy I-VI, the first six games in the iconic series are now available on Xbox and Windows for the first time.
  • Legend of Mana HD Remaster is now available on Xbox and Xbox Game Pass.
  • Threads of Time: A new time-travelling 2.5D JRPG.
  • Metaphor: ReFantazio is a fantasy RPG from the creators of Persona 3, 4, and 5 will be out on Oct 11 with a playable demo available now.
  • A 3D remake of Trials of Mana is now available on Xbox Game Pass
  • We Love Katamari Reroll + Royal Reverie is available with the Xbox Game Pass now.
  • Tanuki: Pon’s Summer, a classic Japan-inspired lifestyle game premiere.
  • Synduality: Echo of Ada gets a release date of January 24, 2025.
  • Suikoden 1&2 HD Remaster returns to modern consoles with remastered UI and enhanced visual effects in high definition. Set to out on Mar 26, 2025.
  • Starbites is a Sci-fi, Turn-Based RPG coming to PC, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One.
